We, by intention, operate our business following these Core Values

Never Stop Dreaming BIG: Let your dreams be Big Hairy and Audacious. Let them scare you a little bit. Feel free to dream impossible dreams. Dreams are wishes that seldom happen. Life does not hand you your dreams; you have to make them happen. Dreams are essential to winning, the they must come out of the clouds and be more tangible and touchable. Dreams only become reality when they become your vision. "Success is the progressive realization of a worthy goal or idea." - Earl Nightingale

Develop A Vision: A more tangible, touchable dream is a vision. Narrow your Big Hairy Audacious Dreams into bit-sized visions. Visions are where your impossible dreams can start to look like they are possible. "Where there is no vision, the people will perish." -Proverbs 29:18 (KJV)

Mission Statement: A mission statement is like an out-of-bounds marker. It defines what you are as well as what you are not. A great mission statement keeps you on track. Your Mission Statement should include your skills, abilities, personality traits, values, dreams and passions. A Mission Statement that is ready to go to work is called a goal.

You "Gotta" Have Goals: Click on this great lesson on Setting Goals by Zig Ziglar. Goals convert vision into energy. We strive to live balanced lives and encourage everyone we meet to do the same by , spending time & energy in the following areas. For your vision and goals to have a long-term positive impact, include the following seven areas when setting goals for your life.
